Banana Nut Chicken - boneless chicken sauteed with banana liquor and chopped mixed nuts...it stared out as a mistake and now it's a Luzon Station Original! $16

Barbecue Chicken - 1/2  chicken dipped in our own BBQ sauce and baked $15

Asian Salmon - baked with spinach, asparagus, mushrooms and peppers, served with creamy soy butter sauce...this could be the best salmon you have ever eaten! $18

Sole Caprice - filet lightly sauteed with bananas and banana liquor...it was Mom's idea and I have to give her credit...no money..just credit!  $17

Halibut Escabeshe - Lightly seasoned and baked with white and green onions, mushrooms and grape tomatoes in a creamy lemon butter sauce $18

Garlic Shrimp - just like it says...fabulous in a garlic butter sauce perfect over pasta!  $18

Coconut Shrimp - dredged in coconut flakes and lightly fried to a delicate crisp served with our sweet and sour sauce and our sweet and hot sauce.  $18

Spicy Shrimp - not for the faint of heart...this dish packs some heat...but ooooh so good! Keep some of that bread around for dipping!  $18

Thai Shrimp - marinated with sesame, ginger and green onion, grilled on a skewer and served with a peanut dipping sauce and a hot and sweet sauce...absolutely delish!  $18

Shrimp Florentine - fresh baby spinach and panchetta in a delicious buttery sauce $18
